Actually a very nice town about 20 miles from Philadelphia. Ranges from middle class to upper middle class to filthy, stinking rich! Philly sports folks, executives, etc. live here. Taxes are pretty high though, especially property taxes. School system is excellent. Crime is minimal. One of the nice things about the town is that most homes come with substantial land compared to most suburbias. I have three-quarters of an acre, which is not unusual. And there are a lot of horse farms all around. Another nice thing is that the town has bought up most of the undeveloped land which means urban sprawl won't be happening that much. I've lived all over the country, and I'd rate it about 8.5 (haven't found a 10 yet!)
